Ball Point Pen Day Beth Snyder June 10, 2011 Boy, are holidays slim pickings so far in June! But what the heck…who doesn’t love a good ball point pen? Of course, if your desk is anything like mine, often the only writing implement you can find is a highlighter, which is only marginally helpful for jotting yourself a quick note or signing a document, but when they exist they are invaluable. Once upon a time, when I had a job where I had to write out a ton of forms per day, I splurged and bought myself a Waterman. Best pen ever, in my opinion. Now it mostly hangs out in the cup on my desk, but there was a time it seemed like it was attached to my hand. If I was home, I’d make a point of using it today. As it is, I’ll have to make do with what is here.
