OK, not really. I’m not making cupcakes today. But I am making lemon cream cheese cookies, if that counts for anything. That’s what my whole today revolves around…my kitchen and baking. If all goes as planned, by the time I get to bed tonight I should have accomplished six different kinds of cookies. Unless I run out of steam, then I’ll have to pick up the slack on Saturday. I’m doing fairly OK so far, though…two bowls of dough in the refrigerator chilling and three varieties completed and cooling.
