Holy heat wave, Batman! I actually don’t mind, as I’ve got today off. Tomorrow will be an adventure, but I’ll think about that tomorrow. Today, we’re sitting about 15 degrees above average for this time of year, with pretty intense humidity. The good part about that is I’ve managed to create a refrigerator full of salads so I don’t have to actually cook. Right now I’ve got an un-potato salad (uses cauliflower instead of potatoes), a pasta salad, some kidney bean salad, some tuna and white bean salad, and a bagged lettuce salad. Viva la not turning on the stove or oven!
