Well, apparently my Red Wings did not want the Cup badly enough…again. So, congratulations to the Nashville Predators and their fans, and good luck in the next round! At least we hold the record for the most consecutive home wins in NHL history…that’s something. And my friend’s boys clinched home field advantage for playoffs in lacrosse (his oldest got four goals in the game Thursday), so that’s good. Their last regular season game is this afternoon out of state, so at least I’ll get to watch a team I’m pretty confident will win since their record against the team they’re playing today is all wins, with usually at least a ten-point margin.
