It’s SNOWING!?! OK, granted, it’s not not sticking, but still…there is SNOW in the air! I can see it falling! GAH!

Sorry. But if you’ve been reading me for any length of time you know how very fond I am of being cold, and of snow, and of winter in general. It’s like a slap in the face that a month ago we were sitting at 80 degrees, and today for my birthday there is snow falling. I know, I know, I live where that happens. It’s not that I’m surprised, it’s that I truly hate it. But, I will go on with my life. This afternoon I have to make some chocolate ganache and then assemble my cake (made the actual cake and the filling layer yesterday). I decided I needed a giant peanut butter cup for my cake this year, so I combined three different recipes. Hopefully it works!
