Sometimes you’re the bug, sometimes you’re the windshield. Over the last couple of days, I’ve been both, but a friend saved me from also making an idiot of myself. Turns out that while what I thought was true could very well have been, it was actually just a screwup. All is good now…I’m working the hours I should be next week in the position I should be, and the money will reflect the changes accordingly. But I almost had to be that person. I hate when that happens.
