You know, I think I could get used to the trend toward making my favourite treats holidays. Although it’s gotten harder to find cashews covered with good chocolate (most of it is way too waxy now), it makes it even better when I do find some. And since it’s today’s holiday I think I’ll have to go look. I should also apologize for the long stretch between posts…yesterday simply got away from me, and today I didn’t get up until well after 3pm. Apparently I needed to catch up on some missed sleep.
