Things That Make Me Giggle: Weather Forecast Toaster Beth Snyder September 22, 2012 Extras From the “what will they think of next?” files…a toaster that forecasts the day’s weather! I’m not a breakfast person myself, but I could probably change that if I knew I would get the current weather conditions burned right into my toast. Especially in the winter, when I would take great pleasure in blocking out the cold and snow with a huge glob of peanut butter. Unfortunately, this is just a concept piece at the moment, with no indication when or if it might be available at what cost. But I like it. You’ve seen toasters that burn a bunch of different things into the bread, right? This is the same idea, but with the addition of a thermometer and barometer that reads the weather and changes what is printed on your toast accordingly. It not only gives you the temperature, but a picture of the current weather conditions…right on your toast!
