The News: Friday, March 22 Edition Beth Snyder March 22, 2013 Work, work and more work! When I said I was going to come back slowly so I could get used to it again, I should’ve been more specific. Because while the hours I’ve done this week are slow compared to my normal pace when I’m at 100%, it’s killing me. Sunday was my first day back, and since then I’ve done 17 hours, with another 16 to come before the end of the weekend (12 of them today). Yes, I know that only works out to 33 hours in a week, and that is considerably less than the 60 or so I would normally be doing, but…I’m dying. I don’t so much limp as lurch, and I feel as weak as a kitten. I know it’ll come back, but I am incredibly impatient. I hate having to ask for help doing things that have been second nature to me for almost 20 years.
