Target to Start Carrying Apple Watches this Month Dylan Duarte October 2, 2015 News Worry not, Apple fans. When God (whether that be the almighty or possibly Steve Jobs) closes a door, he opens a window. Your days of buying an Apple TV from Amazon might be numbered, but you’ll be glad to know that Target is now selling the Apple Watch in their stores. The smartwatches will be available through Target’s online store starting October 18th and will show up on physical shelves on October 25th, giving you plenty of time to pick one or two up for some holiday gifts. Target will carry both versions of the Sport and variety of colors for the stainless steel version, totaling up to about 20 options overall. There will likely be a wider variety available online than in the physical stores. Amazon banning the Apple TV and Chromecast from their stores sets a pretty disappointing precedent, so it’s good to see the Apple Watch getting more exposure. Perhaps a wider availability of these items in brick-and-mortar stores would lessen the blow when big outlets decide not to carry them. Share This With The World!
