Samsung Announces the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite Dylan Duarte January 17, 2014 Earlier this week, the then-unannounced Galaxy Tab 3 Lite showed up for sale at a Polish electronics retail site. Twenty-four hours later, Samsung officially announced the tablet on its blog. It should probably go the other way around, but hey, new tablet! The Tab 3 Lite is seven inches with a 1024 x 600 resolution display, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 2-megapixel rear camera, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage (with a microSD card slot) and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The tablet will supposedly be launched with black and white models that will be available globally. News of the tablet leaked last year, and while the rumored priced had it around $136, there’s no official price on Samsung’s blog. However, the Polish site listed the tablet at $165 for the Wi-Fi version and $263 for 3G. MEGATechNews recently attended CES 2014 and came back with a lot of good Samsung footage, including the new Galaxy NotePRO tablet, so feel free to check that out. via BGR Share This With The World!
