Nexus 6 Specs Leaked via Benchmark Dylan Duarte August 14, 2014 Google’s Nexus line has represented a string of quality phones and as expected, folks have high hopes for the upcoming Nexus 6. A recent GFXBench benchmark has revealed the hardware specs of the upcoming device and, surprise surprise, it’s going to be a monster. The Nexus 6 will be equipped with – drumroll please – a 5.2-inch display featuring 1440×2560 pixels, a Snapdragon 805 processor running at 2.65GHz, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 3GB of RAM and it will be powered by Android L (still rumored to be Lollipop). This is in contrast to earlier rumors pointing toward a 5.9-inch screen and Snapdragon 801. We know that the phone is being developed by Motorola and all of the leaks so far suggest that it’s going to be an absolutely killer device, but we still don’t know when it’ll be released. Earlier Nexus models have released in the fall and that’s basically all we have to go on, so the Nexus 6 could be hitting the market as soon as in the next few months. via BGR Share This With The World!
