LG X Power Brings MediaTek Processors to Sprint Dylan Duarte September 16, 2016 News Look out Qualcomm, there’s a new kid in town. Taiwanese processor manufacturer MediaTek is ready to dominate in the U.S. market now that they’re capable of powering devices on any cellular network. The LG X Power is MediaTek’s first foray into the Sprint network and its on a phone that’s just now becoming available outside of South Korea. The 5.3-inch LG X Power offers MediaTek’s Helio P10 chipset, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels, an 8-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera, 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and a powerful 4,100mAh battery that should keep you going for some time. Michael Kwan reviewed the phone when it hit Canada just recently and he praised the cheap price and called the battery life “astounding” while labeling other parts of it just mediocre. That’s pretty much what you’d expect from a phone that only costs $150. You can get it on Boost Mobile now and it will be hitting Sprint next week. Share This With The World!
