Leaked iPhone 6 Mockup Shows What Could Be Final Design Dylan Duarte May 1, 2014 Apple will supposedly release two different models for the upcoming iPhone 6: a 4.7-inch model and a bigger 5.5 or 5.7-inch model for the richer, cooler kids. Rumor has it that the bigger model ran into manufacturing issues and saw its release pushed back to next year. However, the smaller model is still on its way for a 2014 release and now an Italian website has posted what could be a near final mockup for that 4.7-inch iPhone 6. This leak comes just a few days after a leak of the supposed casing for Apple’s latest and a month after the schematics for the new iPhone 6 hit the web. Someone needs to fix this faucet already. And that’s my joke for the day. The speculation that this is the 4.7-inch model and not its larger counterpart comes from folks simply gauging how it looks compared to the hand it’s held in. According to Macitynet, the mockup comes from a case manufacturer and is possibly the final design of the upcoming iPhone 6. It confirms earlier rumors about rounded edges and a relocated power button. More detailed specifications regarding its size are on the way. I’m not an Apple user, so I have no personal investment in the iPhone 6, but if this is the actual design, then it’s nice to see Apple changing it up a bit in terms of aesthetics. The iPhone has never been an ugly phone, but it doesn’t hurt to reinvent the wheel every so often… as long as it still drives. via iPhone in Canada Share This With The World!
