Judge Not Impressed with Apple’s Apology, Forces Redo Allan Schroeder November 2, 2012 Extras The judge in the Apple (APPL) vs. Samsung case in the UK was not impressed with Apple’s apology posted on their website last week, and has given Apple 48 hours in which to amend the statement. Reuters reports that Samsung argued the references to the US and German court cases in the statement were “misleading”and “confusing” and it was deemed non-compliant by the judge. The judge ordered a new apology to be drafted within 48 hours, but apparently Apple is unable to comply within that time frame and has asked the court for two weeks. Apple has declined to comment on the ruling. I wonder if the Samsung Galaxy Note will still be “not as cool” next time around. Share This With The World!
