I Killed My Phone Beth Snyder August 10, 2010 Well…I didn’t exactly. But it was sitting on the bar last night and somehow a large amount of beer ended up on and inside it. The screen is blank white and none of the buttons work. Luckily, I was paying for the insurance, so for a $50 deductible they are overnighting me a replacement phone. Which I then take to the store and they’ll transfer over my contact list, and my pictures (for a $20 fee). What makes me sad is ALL my text messages, ring tones and games will be GONE. I’ve had this phone since the beginning of my relationship with himself…there are a lot of texts I really wish I could keep. It’s a sad, sad day. And a lesson learned: don’t leave your phone lying on the bar!
