Just days before Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Acer has unveiled two new smartphones – the Liquid Z4 and Liquid E3 – and given us all the details.

The Liquid E3 boasts the following: 4.7-inch HD IPS screen, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 2MP front camera with front LED flash, 13MP rear camera, 1GB RAM, 4GB of expandable storage, apps like Acer SnapNote and AcerFloat, and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with KitKat coming later this year. The suggested retail price is 199 euros, which equals out to roughly $273 USD.

The Acer Liquid Z4 is more of a budget model, but impressive in its own right with a 4-inch screen, 1.3GHz dual-core processor, 5MP camera, AcerFloat, and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The phone comes in black or white and retails for 99 pounds, or $135 USD.

Both phones are scheduled for spring launches in Europe, giving you a few more options at the more affordable end of the Android smartphone spectrum.
