And then winter came back. The storm you’ve seen all over the news hit us starting at about 4am, and it’s an ugly one. It’s skating right on the edge of cold enough to snow and warm enough for freezing rain, and the roads are awfully special. My physical therapist is almost exactly one mile away, and we’re planning on leaving 30 minutes before my appointment because we’re pretty sure I won’t be that early by the time we drive there. BUT…this might be my last appointment! At the end of today we’re supposed to re-evaluate how I’m doing, and then they’ll either cut me loose or schedule me for two more appointments next week. But next week will absolutely be the last ones if we decide I need them. I’m so close to being back to work full time I can hardly stand to be patient any more. Which considering I had surgery on my foot October 30th is really pretty reasonable, I guess.
