Violent Online Videos to Carry Heavy Fines Stephen Fung March 6, 2007 Extras It was only a matter of time till someone decided enough was enough. Earlier this week, we mentioned how a school district in Australia banned YouTube from over 1,600 government schools to crack down on Cyber Bullying. Now it looks like lawmakers are pushing for very stiff penalties that classify these videos as an admission of guilt and carry some serious fines. Filming violence to post on the Internet now stands on the same level as participating in the actual act of violence.
