So…first day of Spring. Apparently in some parts of the northern hemisphere that means you’re seeing grass through the snow (or your snow is entirely gone), birds are singing, and the sun is shining. Here where I live, we did have sun for a minute or two, but now it is once again snowing. Sunday afternoon the only snow in my yard was out back under the trees, and now there is a pretty even six inches across the entire yard and we’re supposed to get more over the next week. So…Happy Spring if you’re having it! Also, Happy Birthday to my mother. She’s 77 today, and doesn’t care who knows it.
