My goodness but the little things pile up when you don’t get a day off in over a week! First and foremost this morning, I slept. A lot. I really, really needed it. Then the guy called, and he stopped by for a bit to return my jewelry box (he borrowed it so he could finish it and also to take it to his woodworkers’ guild meeting). Now we’re enjoying a pop-up thunderstorm with pouring down rain, while I do laundry. Tonight apparently we’re going to my sister’s house for dinner, so I still don’t have to cook. And…the Red Wings won last night! It’s shaping up to be a pretty good Tuesday all around, even if I am several hours late doing this post.
