After yesterday, I think I can safely say that while I’m not yet back 100%, I am definitely back to work. We ended up doing ten hours, and while I was definitely limping and definitely ready to sit for a spell, I never had to take the good drugs I’d been saving. I think that means once I get re-acclimated to doing it again, things will be fine. You have no idea how much I was worried about that…it seems about once a year something happens and I end up being off for several months, and every time I’m older (of course), so it’s harder to bounce back.
