The News: Friday, January 4 Edition Beth Snyder January 4, 2013 Here we are at another weekend! This was one of those weeks that flew by, I’m guessing because of the holiday. I’m OK with that, really. But it is my sad duty to report that on Monday the knee scooter will be picked up, never to return again (well, barring yet another surgery or other stupidity, I guess). It had a good run, but the poor thing has sat neglected in the same spot in my living room for over a week, so I see no point in continuing to pay for it even though it’s really pretty stupid cheap. All fun things must come to an end. At least I will always own the Barbie bike basket and handlebar tassles, the horn, the Christmas ribbon, the strings of battery-operated lights, and the light-up bow (with adjustable blinking). I’ll never forget! Yes, I am aware that I am completely crazy. It’s OK.
