As I’ve mentioned, I have been feeling not so fabulous for quite a while. Today, what with the sunshine and ridiculous warmth and getting to air my house out, I actually felt like cooking for the first time in a long while. I’m afraid I overdid it on the food, though. Not that I made that much, but I ate a lot of it. Tilapia with a Parmesan sauce and a crab, asparagus, tomato and artichoke heart salad. Way tasty. And then the coup de grace…Ghirardelli Intense Dark Midnight Reverie 86% cacao squares with a glass of Yellowtail Pinot Noir for dessert. I’ve probably gained five pounds in the last two hours, and I don’t care. My mouth is very happy.
