The News: Ash Wednesday Edition

The party is officially over, and now the 40 days of reflection and self-denial begin. Well…if you’re of a religion that believes as such, anyway. You know what the best part of this time of year is for me? Fish is always on sale, for really, really cheap! We tend to eat a bunch of fish, since it’s high protein and practically no carbs, so this is when I stock the freezer as full as I can get it. Today we picked up some cod, tilapia, and ocean perch.
