The Microsoft Universal Foldable Keyboard is Ideal for Typing On the Go Dylan Duarte March 11, 2015 Extras, News I’ve used netbooks before and while I don’t find the smaller keyboards outright impossible to use, my clumsy oaf hands are much more comfortable using a full sized keyboard. This is the dilemma with portable word processing. You don’t want something that’s so small it can’t be used efficiently, but you also don’t want something so big that it’s no longer conveinent to carry around. Microsoft has gotten around this with the Microsoft Universal Foldable Keyboard. It’s thin, lightweight, and as the name suggests, folds up for easy carrying. It’s designed to work with iPad, iPhone, Android, and Windows devices. It will be released in July 2015 and retail for $99.95, which certainly isn’t cheap, but it’s likely worth the price if it offers a solid portable typing solution. More and more people are using tablets in place of laptops for on-the-go work, so a device like the Microsoft Universal Foldable Keyboard could be just the thing many people are looking for.
