TARDIS Mini Fridge Holds More Than You Think

How do you not buy this? OK, I realize not everyone is a fan, but seriously…how do you not buy this? Looks like a normal callbox on the outside (well, other than the part where it sits on your desk), opens up to provide you with either cold or hot beverages and snacks, and is obviously more spacious on the inside than the outside. Perfect!

In case you’re confused…yes, I did say cold or hot. In its role as a mini fridge, you can plug it into either a standard US wall socket or a 12v car outlet (cigarette lighter to us old folks), and it will keep things cold. Conversely, if you put hot things inside it, it’ll keep them hot long enough to travel to your destination, or at least until lunch, with its warming function. Its exterior measures just 10.5? high, 7.5? wide, 10.5? deep, while it has an interior capacity of 6 cans of 12oz soda, or 4L/.14 cu. ft. See? It is bigger on the inside than it looks!

It gets better. Not only is this an officially licensed Dr. Who product, but it makes the vworp vworp noise and lights flash when you open it. Which means everyone will know when you’re going for a drink, but it also means if you have office mates in the habit of stealing your sodas everyone is going to know when they do it. You can turn that off if you want, although I don’t know why you would.

For $79.99 US, you can have your very own TARDIS, but you’ll have to provide your own custard and fish fingers.
