Sony Announces the Xperia T2 Ultra Smartphone Dylan Duarte January 14, 2014 Sony has announced the new Xperia T2 Ultra smartphone, which the company plans to release in China, Africa, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific rim. The phone boasts a 6-inch, 720p HD display, a 1.4 GHz quad-core processor, and 1GB of RAM. The 8GB of internal storage can be expanded with a microSD card as big as 32GB. Also included is a 3,000 mAh battery, LTE connectivity, and a dual SIM variant so that users can have two active SIM cards, rather than having to constantly switch back and forth between two separate ones. The 1.1-megapixel front-facing camera is traditionally unimpressive, but the 13-megapixel rear camera is nice. The rear camera also has built-in software to help improve your photos. No release date or price has been announced yet. While you’re waiting, have a look at our review of the even larger and more powerful 6.4-inch Sony Xperia Z Ultra. You could say the Xperia T2 Ultra is a “lite” version of the original Z Ultra. via Mobile Burn Share This With The World!
