Samsung Galaxy S5 Specs Leaked via Box Shot Dylan Duarte February 12, 2014 Thanks to various Internet sleuths, we know that the Samsung Galaxy S5 is likely to be unveiled at the 2014 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona later this month. Now, thanks to a leaked photo of the back of the box, we have what are supposedly the specs for the S5. The S5 looks to come with a (probably Snapdragon) quad-core 2.5 GHz CPU, 3GB of RAM, a 5.25 QHD display, 1080p video capture, a 20MP camera, 3,000mAh battery, and Android 4.4 KitKat. As with all leaks, this could be fake, but most of it seems to line up with previously-leaked rumors. Though, if one were to fake something like this, that would be the way to do it.
