Rosewill Releases the Blackhawk Ultra, Its First HPTX James White November 3, 2011 Press Release Rosewill, the in-house brand for Newegg.com, has released a number of products in practically every category of PC component. While they have not released the best products, they have been getting better and better at the items they release. The new Blackhawk Ultra is no update to the previous Rosewill Blackhawk, but an entire new direction for the namesake. The best way to describe the Rosewill Blackhawk Ultra is massive. Everything about this case is bigger than any other case with maybe two exceptions. Standing at 25.99″ x 9.45″ x 25″ (LxWxH), it has room for absolutely anything you can think to put in it. Sporting ten 3.5″ internal drive slots, 8 included fans (five 140 mm fans and three 230 mm fans) with room for up to 19 fans, support for up to HPTX sized motherboards, 10 rear expansion slots, and four 5.25″ front bays. The interior has room for a graphics card up to 15.9 inches (17 inches without second layer of front fans) with the largest GPU so far being only 13 inches long. The top front panel comes has power, reset, headphone jacks, four USB 2.0, two USB 3.0, and a top HDD mounting slot. This is all topped off with space for up to 2 power supplies in this all steel chassis. When you are working with a case this massive, worrying about compatibility goes out the window. I may be able to build two entirely separate PC builds in this one case. At the price tag of only $219.99 on Newegg.com right here, the Rosewill Blackhawk Ultra should be at the top of your case list for any home server build or any build where you need a lot of room to work.
