With today’s exchange rates, I’d say that’s a pretty good deal.

As a refresher, the spec sheet on the ZTE Axon 7 reads like a device that could be several hundred dollars more. Behind the 5.5-inch WQHD AMOLED display is a Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, microSD expansion, dual-SIM slot, a large 3250 mAh battery, and Android 6.0.1. The 20MP camera on the back can shoot 4K UHD video and the 8MP camera on the front captures great selfies. And since the ZTE Axon 7 is geared to support the Google Daydream VR platform, you’ll be ready to go with all of that virtual reality wonderfulness later this year.

If my daily driver experience with the ZTE Axon Pro is any indication, the ZTE Axon 7 should be among your list of contenders. Yes, between the Galaxy Note 7, iPhone 7 and now the ZTE Axon 7, 2016 seems to be the year of the seven. Even for Cersei Lannister, apparently.
