Well, who knew that I’d be getting two days of work this week for the first time in months?! It turns out our office manager’s sister came into town unexpectedly so someone needed to cover the phones, and then we’ve got a ton of new hires coming in tomorrow so I’ll be on-site assisting with paperwork. Both things are ideal for the woman on crutches, as well as bringing some money in that doesn’t come from the unemployment office, so I jumped at the chance. I just wish I had time to get my laundry done!
