Sorry this is so late, but I couldn’t for the life of me think of a title for a post this morning, and then I had to work. So I left an appeal on my Facebook page to see if someone I knew could come up with an obscure holiday for today, and a co-worker came through a couple of minutes ago. So today you should head to the beach, or at the very least a sandbox, get rid of your adult worries, and just play in the sand. You’ll be amazed at how calming it is to push piles of sand around, or dump sand out of a bucket, or any number of other things you can do. Or, you won’t be amazed, because that is pretty much the basic idea behind a Zen garden.
