Must Have: The Bedtime Reader’s Configurable Pillow Beth Snyder August 15, 2011 There is rarely if not never a day where I don’t find myself reading in bed for at least a few minutes before I go to sleep. Fairly often I’ll end up there in the middle of the day as well. Which means my pillows are usually some truly odd shape and size in fairly short order, because I continuously fold them, rumple them, and stuff them in different places under my head as I shift position to stay comfortable. Now I may no longer have to! The Bedtime Reader’s Configurable Pillow is actually made up of two separate sections; one triangular and one rectangular. This allows you to fold the pillow into different comfortable shapes without hurting its structural integrity or causing it to become permanently creased. You can create four different shapes with it, so it’ll be comfortable whether you’re propped up reading or settling down to sleep. The two sections simultaneously support your head, upper back, lower back, and neck and won’t spring out of position when you move like a folded pillow will. It comes with a 100% cotton, 383-thread count machine-washable cover, and the pillow itself is filled with soft gel foam. Comfort doesn’t come cheap, though. If you want one of these, you’re going to have to shell out $99.95 US. But if, like me, you are dedicated to your nighttime book-reading, it might be worth it for you.
