In case you didn’t hear, Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix is out on both the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360. In fact, I’ve already figured out how to play as Akuma and it’s pretty frigin’ sweet.

As much fun as SSF2THDR is, I think many more people are looking forward to the official release of Street Fighter IV next year. It’s going to land on both the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360, and to coincide with the release, Madcatz is going to release some premium quality controllers, including the crazy arcade stick pictured above. That one’s going to retail for $150 and features the same components as its real arcade counterpart.

If that’s out of your budget, preorders are also being taken for other Street Fighter IV controllers that are a little more conventional. These place the D-pad where the left stick normally is and you’ve got six face buttons instead of four. Aside from that, and the fancy SFIV artwork, they’re pretty much the same as regular Xbox 360 controllers.
