White House Press Secretary’s 2-Year-Old Son Orders Batman Action Figure Through Amazon Echo Dylan Duarte January 17, 2018 News It’s just before one in the morning on the west coast and I’m laughing so hard that I’m crying. The 2-year-old son of White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders managed to order a $79.99 Batman action figure through the family’s Amazon Echo device. I imagine the Echo is very helpful when you want to order something, but this brings to light an apparently very real issue that families with small children can apparently face. We don’t know exactly what he said to coerce Alexa into ordering the toy, but based on Sanders’s tweet, it seems like it was pretty easy to accomplish. Alexa, we have a problem if my 2 year old can order a Batman toy by yelling “Batman!” over and over again into the Echo pic.twitter.com/7uF0d2fmD8 — Sarah Sanders (@PressSec) January 14, 2018 And I’m laughing again. It’s not that I don’t sympathize, I just know how easy it is to cancel an Amazon order, and according to the timestamps she caught it while it was still in the shipping stage. Again, this is an actual problem. It is very funny, though. It’s a very funny, very real problem. Share This With The World!
