Rumor: 4.2-inch iPhone SE 2 Launching at WWDC 2018 Dylan Duarte February 20, 2018 News So much of online tech news originally comes from leaks, that’s it’s important to remember that sometimes rumors are false. Sometimes they can be a little bit true, or mostly true, or flat out wrong. We’re so used to good information leaking from various sources, that it’s easy to forget to take things with a grain of salt. Like this latest rumor, for example. According to Chinese website QQ, Apple will debut the iPhone SE 2 at the Worldwide Developer Conference in June. The rumor states that the phone will have an A10 processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB and 128GB storage options, Touch ID, and a 4.2-inch display. The part of the rumor that raises red flags is the display size. The original iPhone SE is 4-inches, so a bump of .2 inches doesn’t add much, but does throw a lot of existing design work out the window. It’s a lot of work for a very small benefit that most people would never even notice. There are have been multiple rumors saying to expect the iPhone SE 2, so you can probably trust that, but I’d be very suspect of everything else said here. Share This With The World!
