Homemade Bread Day Beth Snyder November 17, 2011 This is actually a fairly cruel holiday for me. As you probably noticed, I didn’t have time to make a post at all yesterday, and the only reason I have time today is because I’m covering the office before I go do my show tonight. Which means I’m eating nothing remotely resembling homemade bread today, or at any point in the foreseeable future. However, when I finally get a day off again (which I believe is a week from today, but could be longer), one of the first things I’ll be making is cheese-herb bread. It’s amazing, and I really wish I had some right now. Guess the sub (hoagie, grinder…whatever) that’s being delivered to me in a few minutes will have to suffice.
