Information regarding the upcoming GoPro Hero 5 popped up on the Internet momentarily, which means that it’s here forever. Japanese blog Nokishita posted some pictures of the device before taking them back down, but not before other sites could nab them. Then someone on Reddit leaked information from the Hero 5 manual. Together, we get a pretty clear idea of what the Hero 5 will offer.

Design-wise, it looks a lot like the Hero 4 in regards to build and layout. The buttons are missing, but the camera will supposedly sport a touchscreen, where you’ll do all your navigating. It offers an all-black rubber aesthetic and seems to be waterproof out of the box, like its predecessor.

On the inside, according to the manual, it uses the same imaging chip as the Hero 4, which means 4K video at 30 frames per second would be the highest quality it can achieve, and the video will be able to go down to 720p and the frame rate up to 120 frames per second. Image stabilization will finally be available, although not at 4K or frame rates higher than 60-fps. We’ll also get GPS, voice control, cloud-connectivity, a bigger battery, and maybe even USB Type-C.
