As if we weren’t already being bombarded with enough gaming nostalgia from the 80s and 90s, Capcom is releasing a bundle full of HD remastering. If you grew up with the likes of Darkwing Duck and Scrooge McDuck, then you’ll totally dig The Disney Afternoon Collection. You get six classic NES games wrapped up in one convenient cash-grabbing package.

Just like all the HD remixes and HD remasterings that we’ve seen from Capcom before — I actually really like Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, the game whose acronym (SSF2THDR) could probably use an acronym of its own — The Disney Afternoon Collection jazzes up the original titles with HD graphics and a handful of new features and modes.

You can enjoy Time Attack and Boss Rush, for instance, as well as a “rewind” function when you suck at platforming. The “Museum” mode lets you go behind the scenes into the making of the games with concept art.

The six included titles are:

  • Chip ‘n Dale Rescue Rangers
  • Chip ‘n Dale Rescue Rangers 2
  • Darkwing Duck
  • DuckTales
  • DuckTales 2
  • TaleSpin

It seems like everyone is on a bit of a nostalgia run these days. If you’re not satisfied with your NES Classic Edition, as well as Double Dragon IV and Roller Coaster Tycoon Mobile, then you can pick up The Disney Afternoon Collection starting on April 18. It’ll sell as a $19.99 digital download for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC (Steam).

Life is like a hurricane…
