Whether you actually cook or just like eating, today is for you. Me, I cook. No formal training, but I seem to have developed this reputation among friends and family for food. Especially now that my mother has been diagnosed borderline diabetic, my meals have become quite popular because I’m coming up with stuff that tastes good, is visually pleasing, and doesn’t break the bank to make. All of which can seem impossible when you’re using almost no carbohydrates. The best part for me about today being culinarians day is the humidity finally broke so I can actually cook for the first time in ages!
