It is fascinating to me how many holidays center on food. Not that I’m complaining necessarily, it’s just weird. You’d think there would be more other bizarre or uncommon things to make a holiday about, but apparently not. S’ok. Me, I’m not so fond of cream-filled donuts. Custard, absolutely. But I’m not really big on cream. Not that I would turn one down if it were to appear in front of me right now…for some reason I’m starving and it’s still an hour to dinner. Oh yeah, and I should apologize for being late. I was at my office today, and for the first time in about three months I actually had stuff to do rather than just sitting there waiting for the phone to ring. You’ll have that sometimes.
