Gigabyte is a company that is probably better known for its motherboards and other desktop components, but they’re very much involved in the mobile side of things too.

We stopped by the Gigabyte suite at CES 2012 to see what new hotness they are bringing to North America, confirming that they have certainly come a long way since those earlier convertible tablets. They’ve got everything from gaming laptops to enteprise class tablet PCs.

This follows up on the advancements they’ve made since Computex 2011, upping the ante for road warriors everywhere. You’ve got convertibles with Cedar Trail, notebooks with dual heatsink designs, and some unique docking solutions for desktop-like experiences.
