Bluesound Launching Episodic Music Documentary

The folks at Bluesound are serious about music. The company that manufactures several wireless music streaming devices for the home has teamed up with Canadian artists BADBADNOTGOOD and Milk & Bone as well as London-based electronic music duo Mount Kimbie for a new digital documentary series. A Sound in the Making takes viewers into the creative process of producing a track as the artist deconstructs a song of their choosing.

Three videos, that were filmed on location with the bands and over several hours, will be released throughout the month through Bluesound’s social media feeds, as well as additional content that didn’t make it into the videos. You can read more about the campaign at Bluesound’s official blog.

It’s definitely a cool idea for a company serious about quality sound to dive into how quality music is made in the first place. It is a symbiotic relationship, after all.
