While I absolutely adore dark, bittersweet chocolate, and while I am really very fond of almonds, even I find it kind of a stretch to center a holiday around it. But hey…would am I to argue with the people who make up pointless holidays? Without them I would actually have to think of post titles! So in celebration, I’m going to make a trip to my local confectioner and pick up some bittersweet almond bark. Because when possible, you should always celebrate a holiday no matter how obscure or nonsensical it might be.
