Ah, the bikini. Progenitor of male fantasies since its inception. Bane of women in spring weight loss mode for equally as long. If you’ve got it, flaunt it! If you don’t, do the rest of the world a favour and keep it to yourself. Seriously…stand in front of your mirror and pretend you’re not looking at yourself. If what you see makes you cringe, then quite probably it shouldn’t be out in public. Remember, everyone you see will not understand that you’ve lost 30 pounds; they’ll just be looking at 150 pounds on a 5’4″ body.
