Technically, this is a US-only holiday, but it really would not kill the rest of the world to play along. The idea behind this, which was started by CampFire USA, is for adults to write a letter to the incredible kids who share their lives telling them how much you appreciate them and how important they are to you. Actual letters, people…no texts, emails, Facebook wall posts…letters. You have no idea how much that can mean to a kid, especially seeing it in writing from an adult in their lives.
