As per senate bill 49 which has been introduced by Sen. Ted Stevens in Januay Social networking sites like mySpace and even Wikipedia may not be allowed to be seen from libraries or schools. As per commentators the definitions of sites are not very clear and that is the reason sites like Wikipedia may find itself in the list.
