Want Windows Vista/XP support from Microsoft? Pay more!

As the company was rolling out Vista last week, prices for Windows Vista and XP support were quietly raised from to $59 from the earlier $39 per incident. Support prices for Office XP and Office 2007 went up from $35 to $49 per incident. Only the support for general inquiries remained at $35 per incident.
