It occurred to me last night that I haven’t taken a vacation in almost two years. Not that I haven’t had time off, but I haven’t gone anywhere but home during my down time. Now I need to decide between visiting friends on the Gulf Coast and in Lake Tahoe, because I can’t afford to go both places this year. I’m leaning toward Tahoe as it’s been longer since I was there and my friend who lives there just had another baby, but I’m curious to see how far the Coast has come in two years as far as rebuilding, and my friend there has a new girlfriend I need to meet. Decisions, decisions….
